The annual membership meeting will be held annually in February at 7:00pm at the Bloomingdale West Community Community Center, located at 3940 Canoga Park Drive in Brandon, unless otherwise noted. Each Hickory Lake Estate Owner will be sent a notice of annual meeting at least 15 days prior to the meeting via regular mail. A meeting agenda and proxy will be enclosed with the meeting notice. In order for the Association to conduct business, a quorum must be available at the meeting in person or by proxy. An election of directors is conducted at each annual membership meeting.
