Property Management
   
 
The Board of Directors has contracted with a professional management company to handle the day-to-day operation of the community and its facilities. Hickory Lake Estates has been managed since it was first incorporated. The current company, in place since June 2003, is McNeil Management Services, Inc.
   
 
The Property Manager is Pamela Pinner, LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager). Management does things such as:
 
  • interact with lot owners and Architectural Control Committee to enable approval process
  • prepare and send out the annual homeowner's assessment notices & payment coupons
  • prepare and send out the annual membership meeting packages
  • pay Association bills and maintain accurate financial records of Association business
  • monitor resident properties for compliance with the Residential Guidelines and send out violation notices as required
  • monitor common areas and coordinate with vendors under contract with the Association
  • interface with title companies, realtors, attorneys, accountants, etc. regarding HOA
  • many other duties specified by contract and under the control and supervision of the Board of Directors
